Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hertz takes the fight into the clinch.
Hertz pressing his opponent against the cage.
Hertz makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hertz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rotunda dodges the punch combination from Hertz.
Hertz slaps away a takedown attempt from Rotunda, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rotunda shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hertz pinned against the cage. Hertz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hertz tries to work over Rotunda's front leg with a kick but Rotunda checks it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hertz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rotunda manages to avoid it.
Rotunda could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rotunda shoots in looking for a takedown. Hertz tries to sprawl out of it but Rotunda keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hertz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ettore Rotunda. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hertz drops Rotunda with a beautiful combination! Rotunda stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hertz is looking for the KO!
Rotunda is rocked!

Hertz moves in close and cracks Rotunda with a massive right hand! Rotunda, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Hertz!
