Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Redhair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palmer has chosen Not Now James,we're busy as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer shoots for a takedown but Redhair saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Redhair keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Palmer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Redhair is fending him off so far but Palmer persists. Nope, Redhair circles away and we're back to standing.

Palmer wants to work for an arm triangle but Redhair is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Redhair does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Redhair takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Redhair tries to close the distance and clinch but Palmer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Palmer shoots in for a takedown but Redhair shows good takedown defense.

Palmer has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Redhair is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Palmer yanks on the arm and Redhair is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Palmer.
