Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kato Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hong has chosen Nunchucks as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kato Hong! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones stuffs the takedown. Jones moves away from the strike by Hong. Hong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Hong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Hong tries to clinch up and Jones holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jones.

Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Hong swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hong shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Hong keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jordan Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Hong seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Jones has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hong keeps working. Jones remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hong is not content to let Jones control the position.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Jones takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jordan Jones. Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
