Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Andre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amun Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andre comes to the cage accompanied by Fort Minor - Remember The Name. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andre scores with a head kick.
Andre misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ra throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Andre counters with a leg kick.
Ra walks into a jab.
Andre throws a body punch but Ra moves out of range.
Ra throws a jab when Andre was well out of range.
Ra will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ra shoots in but Andre avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ra misses with a few strikes there.
Good shot there by Andre.
A nice leg kick lands there from Andre.
Ra looks for a takedown but Andre sprawls well.
Paulo Andre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amun Ra.

Andre lands a nice hook to Ra's body. Ra takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Ra closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Andre's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Andre wants to get back to his feet but Ra is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ra wants to control from the top but Andre keeps moving.
Andre utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Andre pulls Ra in to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Andre wants to stand but Ra is controlling the position.

Ra throws a strike but Andre rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Andre takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ra's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
