Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cung Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes into the arena with "Bring out your Dead" by Strung Out blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kirk Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cung Lee! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hall lands the left hand. Lee wants to clinch up but Hall keeps it at a distance. Hall fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lee on the side of the head. Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Hall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hall tries to keep at a distance but Lee has taken the fight into the clinch. Hall can't find room to land a body shot as Lee controls the action.
Hall working hard to break the clinch. Knees in the clinch landing for Lee.
Hall blocks the elbow strike.
Hall blocks an uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hall takes an elbow to the forehead. Lee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hall is defending well for now. Lee lands a good knee to the midsection. Hall won't want to take too many of those. Hall throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lees head. Lee working aggressively here.
Lee throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hall blocks it with crossed arms. Lee missing with knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall managing to block the knees to the body from Lee.
Hall successfully pulls guard.
Lee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lee stands and steps away. Hall gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Hall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lee is looking to chop away at Hall's legs. The fighters circling - Hall throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cung Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hall throws out a loose jab but Lee uses good head movement to avoid it. Hall lands with a nice body punch. Lee tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hall lands with a straight right. Lee didn't see that one coming. Hall bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Hall tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hall throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hall misses with a double jab.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Hall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hall lands a two punch combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hall keeps the fight on the outside. Hall tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nice defenses there by Lee. A punch combination from Hall misses. Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hall swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hall fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Hall fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lee. Lee fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hall checks it well. Hall lands an overhand right. Hall works Lee's body with a nice hook. Lee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Hall changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Hall tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lee was well out of range. Poor timing from Hall. Hall scores with the left hand. Lee knows he should have avoided that one.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Lee is rocked! A telegraphed right hand from Hall misses the target. Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Hall finish him? Hall catches Lee with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Lee forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
