The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Stevenson prevents Nakano from breaking the clinch.
Nakano wants to break free but Stevenson has control.
Stevenson landing knees to the head.
Nakano lands a hook that snaps the head of Stevenson backwards.
Nakano pulls guard.
Nakano is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Nakano manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Nakano misses with an attempted mid kick.
Stevenson has closed the distance and engaged Nakano in a clinch.
Nakano gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Stevenson regains guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Stevenson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Nakano manages to pass to side control.
Stevenson is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nakano looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stevenson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Nakano in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Stevenson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Nakano!
