Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Atreides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Mirchoffski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Atreides!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Oleg Mirchoffski!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mirchoffski uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Atreides.
Mirchoffski gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mirchoffski is trying to keep Atreides in close.
Mirchoffski looking for a sweep. Not yet Mirchoffski, not yet.
Mirchoffski is looking to sweep but instead, Atreides has passed into half guard.
Atreides wants to work for an arm triangle but Mirchoffski is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Atreides thows a huge punch but Mirchoffski dodges it nicely.
Mirchoffski throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Atreides blocks the strikes from Mirchoffski.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Atreides rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mirchoffski moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A punch combination from Atreides misses.
Atreides lands a nice looking body shot.
Mirchoffski misses with a takedown attempt
and Atreides counters with a shoot takedown. Mirchoffski fights it but they end up in guard.
Atreides stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mirchoffski swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Atreides advances position into side control!
Atreides is chipping away with strikes.
Mirchoffski tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Atreides presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Atreides with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Mirchoffski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Atreides. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Atreides moves to the back position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Atreides doesn't have the hooks in and Mirchoffski manages to turn into his guard.
Mirchoffski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Mirchoffski trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Atreides is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mirchoffski stands and steps away. Atreides gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mirchoffski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Atreides drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Mirchoffski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Mirchoffski throws a few strikes from the bottom but Atreides takes advantage and mounts!
Mirchoffski flails away from the bottom, looking to strike but he's give an arm to his opponent... uh oh. Atreides wraps up the arm in an instant and pivots for an armbar! Tap or snap time - Mirchoffski decides to tap! Lovely submission by Atreides!
