The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chaos scores with a leg kick.
Chaos wants to clinch.
Kyle Chaos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Tangradi or perhaps it was just good defense by Chaos which made him look bad.
Tangradi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chaos pinned against the cage. Chaos gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Chaos misses with a double jab.
Tangradi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Chaos sprawls well initially but Tangradi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Chaos is trying to get back to full guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tangradi in particular looking to stall.
Ground and pound from Tangradi.

Chaos is trying to control but can't.
Tangradi throws a strike but Chaos avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Chaos pushes Tangradi off and gets back to his feet.
Chaos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tangradi moves away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Chaos stalks Tangradi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tangradi's face. Tangradi staggers backwards, shaken.
Tangradi is rocked!
It looks like Eric Tangradi has been cut.
Tangradi looks gassed!
