The crowd seem to be enjoying Lepeaux's choice of entrance music: Epidémie. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy lands with a hook. Lepeaux tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Guy scores with the left hand. Lepeaux knows he should have avoided that one.

Lepeaux pushes Guy up against the cage in a clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Lepeaux fails to land.
Guy tries a body shot but Lepeaux blocks it.
Lepeaux misses with an elbow over the top.
Lepeaux has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Guy is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Guy is trying to break free.
Lepeaux lands on the inside with an uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Guy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Guy throws a head kick but Lepeaux moves out of range.
Lepeaux throws a nice looking combination but Guy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Guy throws a combination that misses
and Guy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A head kick misses from Guy.
Guy moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Guy lands with a right and another and another! Lepeaux is in big trouble! Guy lands again and this time it's lights out for Lepeaux! A quality knockout there for Guy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Chinese Guy!
After the fight, Chinese Guy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
