Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Worthington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osmo Soininvaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Worthington comes to the cage accompanied by Hand Covers Bruise- Trent Reznor. Soininvaara is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by country shit remix- ludacris, big krit, bun b. On his way into the cage it seems that Jack Worthington has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack Worthington seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Worthington! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Osmo Soininvaara! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soininvaara misses with a wild combination.
Worthington throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Soininvaara on the side of the head. Soininvaara slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Soininvaara forces Worthington back against the cage and clinches. A short right from Soininvaara. Worthington tries to pull guard but Soininvaara won't allow it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Soininvaara. Soininvaara tries a body shot but Worthington blocks it.
Worthington has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Soininvaara uses from the top position. Worthington controls Soininvaara momentarily but Soininvaara frees himself. Soininvaara avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Worthington bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Soininvaara's guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Worthington's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Worthington trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Soininvaara is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Worthington throwing strikes from guard but Soininvaara blocks nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Worthington looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Worthington wants to control from the top but Soininvaara keeps moving. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Worthington stopping the sweep attempt from Soininvaara. Soininvaara pulls Worthington in close to his closed guard and prevents Worthington from doing any damage or advancing position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Soininvaara lands a right hook to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Osmo Soininvaara dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Soininvaara looks to score with a jab to the body but Worthington is just out of range. Worthington shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Soininvaara but Soininvaara pushes him off and we're back to square one. Worthington closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Worthington lands in his opponent's guard. Soininvaara is controlling Worthington's posture. Worthington stands and throws Soininvaara's legs to the side, diving into side control. Worthington tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Worthington working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Worthington tries for a kimura but Soininvaara is defending well. Soininvaara wants to get back to his feet. You can see the frustration on Soininvaara's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Worthington is putting a hurting on Soininvaara here, landing some big shots from side control. Worthington wants to control but Soininvaara is keeping him busy. Soininvaara tries to improve position but can't. Soininvaara can't do much from the bottom here. Soininvaara might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Worthington kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soininvaara is not content to let Worthington control the position. Worthington looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Worthington is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Soininvaara has escaped the position, nice work there. Jack Worthington overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Worthington landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Soininvaara wants to control but Worthington postures up. Soininvaara sneaks back into half guard. Worthington is looking to take a break and control but Soininvaara is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Worthington is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Soininvaara is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Soininvaara keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Worthington is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are battling for position here. Soininvaara manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Soininvaara has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Soininvaara is looking to stand up but Worthington isn't so interested in that idea. Worthington missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Worthington in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Worthington tries to free his leg and advance position but Soininvaara is retaining full guard. Soininvaara is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Soininvaara pulls Worthington in close to prevent any damage. Worthington wants to control from the top but Soininvaara keeps moving. Worthington being controlled here momentarily.
Osmo Soininvaara has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Worthington lands a jab. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Soininvaara lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Soininvaara stuffs the takedown attempt from Worthington. Worthington gets slowly back to his feet. Worthington will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Worthington lands a nice looking body shot.

Soininvaara throws a leg kick but Worthington sees it coming and moves out of range. Soininvaara looks to land a right hand but Worthington moved out of range. Osmo Soininvaara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Worthington ducks under a wild hook from Soininvaara. Worthington closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Soininvaara's guard. Soininvaara wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Worthington wants to control from the top but Soininvaara keeps moving. Worthington tries to free his leg and advance position but Soininvaara is retaining full guard. Worthington trying to control but Soininvaara is working from the bottom. Worthington has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soininvaara is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Soininvaara moves into the clinch. Soininvaara can't find room to land a body shot as Worthington controls the action.
Worthington is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Soininvaara to keep the fight standing. Worthington breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Worthington looks for a takedown but Soininvaara sprawls well. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Worthington fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Soininvaara lands a slapping body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Soininvaara scores with a jab. Worthington on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Worthington swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Worthington throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Soininvaara tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Worthington moves out of range of the strikes. Soininvaara misses with a body shot.
Worthington closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Soininvaara trying to control here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Worthington wants to take a breather but Soininvaara is having none of it. Worthington is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Soininvaara doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Worthington.
And that's the end of the fight! Osmo Soininvaara comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Soininvaara has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Osmo Soininvaara! Osmo Soininvaara spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
