Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dudley Dawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and WIlliam Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dawson comes to the cage accompanied by Lambda Lambda Lambda Song. The crowd seem to be enjoying Bob's choice of entrance music: I got my game on. WIlliam Bob is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 36 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dudley Dawson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, WIlliam Bob! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob closes the distance looking to clinch and Dawson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bob won't be happy with that. Bob pushes Dawson away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dawson gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bob can do anything to dispel that myth. Dawson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Dawson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dawson sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bob is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Dawson is trying to get an arm triangle but Bob is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dawson fails to land a wild elbow strike.
You can see the frustration on Bob's face as Dawson controls the position. Bob is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Dawson asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dawson is trying to get an arm triangle but Bob is defending well. Dawson grinds an elbow into Bob's temple. Bob defending against the ground and pound. Dawson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bob, who protects the arm well. Bob is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Dawson has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Dawson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Bob! This has been an exciting period of action! Dawson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bob can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Dawson goes for an armbar but Bob turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Bob. Dawson controls Bob momentarily but Bob frees himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dawson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bob defends it easily. Dawson looking for a guillotine here but Bob defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob tries to stand but Dawson is controlling from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dawson throws his legs up looking for a submission but Bob uses it to pass to side control.

Dawson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bob pinned against the cage. Bob gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Dawson swats away the attempt to clinch by Bob. Bob lands with a straight right. Dawson didn't see that one coming. Bob is looking to clinch. WIlliam Bob seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bob tries to clinch but Dawson moves away enabling Dawson to counter with a crisp jab. Bob clinches with his opponent.

A nice right hand lands inside from Bob. Dawson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bob smiles and moves away.

It looks like Dudley Dawson has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bob clinches. Bob lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dawson backwards. Bob throws a knee to the head but misses.

Dawson manages to break the clinch.

Dawson wants to take the fight to the mat but Bob manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Dawson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Dawson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bob fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Still in the clinch, Bob scores with a nice short uppercut. Dawson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bob walks away with a smile on his face. Dawson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dawson fails with the takedown. Bob looks to land a combination but Dawson avoids it well. Bob throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dawson. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
WIlliam Bob showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dudley Dawson's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Dawson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Bob lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Bob using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dawson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Bob is defending well against a takedown attempt. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bob lands with a light punch inside. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bob lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Bob tries a knee to the head but Dawson blocks it.
Dawson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bob regains guard immediately. Bob keeping full guard, as Dawson tries to pass.
And that's the end of the fight! WIlliam Bob comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Bob has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
