Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Roufus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Satillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Roufus might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to K1 Classics : Roufus vs Hug. Thiago Satillo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roufus works the jab nicely.
Roufus will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Roufus looks to land a right hand but Satillo moved out of range.
Roufus throws a right hand that misses
and Satillo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Roufus!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Satillo working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Roufus looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Satillo! Submission of the night perhaps?

In his post fight interview, Thiago Satillo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
