Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Braxton Darius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Clem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clem has chosen Symphony X- as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Braxton Darius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bubba Clem!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darius takes a swing at Clem's ribcage but misses.
Darius throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Clem.
Darius misses with a right hand
and Clem counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Clem throws a big shot that misses.
Darius throws a front kick aimed at Clem's knee but Clem avoids it well.
Clem misses the jab.
Clem throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Darius throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Clem thuds a left hand into Darius's body.
Darius slips a straight right by Clem.
Darius throws a sloppy head kick
and Clem counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Braxton Darius has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clem changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Darius tries to avoid it but Clem manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Darius to the ground. Darius escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Clem walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Clem throws a sloppy head kick
and Darius counters with a nice uppercut.
Darius buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Clem misses with a hook
and Darius counters with a right hand to the body.
A shot to the body from Darius misses
and Clem counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Darius throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Clem throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Darius's waist but Darius gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Clem off to one side.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Darius throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Clem sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Clem misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Darius.
Nice body punch from Darius.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Darius drops Clem with a beautiful combination! Clem stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Darius is looking for the KO!

Clem is rocked!

It looks like Bubba Clem has been cut.
Darius batters Clem with a massive right followed by a huge left! Clem is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Darius lands a final crushing right hand to drop Clem to the mat with a gruesome thud! Darius is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Braxton Darius!
Braxton Darius opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
