Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Capture The Crown - You Call That A Knife. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch but Hardy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Diaz is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Hardy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Hardy gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Hardy tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Diaz is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Hardy buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Hardy!! Hardy is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Diaz throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Nick Diaz decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
