Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Rambo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chad Law!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Law circles away.

Rambo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Law is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Rambo wants to pass the guard but Law is keeping the position.
Rambo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Law looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rambo is one step ahead there.
Law is adopting a defensive guard.
Rambo throwing strikes from guard but Law blocks nicely.
Rambo could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rambo trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Law manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Law gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Law throws a hook but Rambo avoids it easily.

Rambo clinches.
Rambo is trying to pull guard but Law has him pressed against the cage.
Rambo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Rambo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rambo is trying to break free.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Law.
Rambo wants to take the fight to the mat but Law manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Rambo fails to land.
Rambo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Law prevents a takedown attempt there.
Law lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rambo backwards.
Law lands a left hand.
Rambo fails to pull guard.
Law lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Rambo is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Law throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Rambos head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Law stalls.
Law lands a body shot.
A hook to the body from Law.

Law breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Law connects with a jab.

It looks like John Rambo has been cut.
Law dips to his left and cracks Rambo with an uppercut!
Rambo checks a leg kick.
Law with a body punch. A glancing blow.
BOOM! Law lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rambo. Rambo tries to recover but Law is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rambo lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chad Law!
