Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johann Jennsensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sher Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jennsensen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Florence and the Machine - You've Got the Love. Singh comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Game- Motorhead kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Sher Singh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johann Jennsensen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sher Singh! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jennsensen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Singh manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jennsensen trying to control but Singh is working from the bottom. Singh pulls Jennsensen in close to his closed guard and prevents Jennsensen from doing any damage or advancing position. Jennsensen works over Singh with some ground and pound from guard. Singh looking to control.
Jennsensen tries to free his leg and advance position but Singh is retaining full guard. Singh pulls Jennsensen in close to his closed guard and prevents Jennsensen from doing any damage or advancing position. Jennsensen trying to control the position from guard on top but Singh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Singh shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jennsensen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jennsensen has his foot on Singh's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Singh works his way back into a safe position though.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sher Singh hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Singh closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jennsensen tries to get to full guard but Singh has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jennsensen looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Well, if Singh is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

A close round but Sher Singh will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Singh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Singh wants to control from the top but Jennsensen keeps moving. Jennsensen controls Singh momentarily but Singh frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Singh with a flurry of punches that miss. Singh not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jennsensen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Singh is aware though and is defending well. Singh cracks Jennsensen with a solid left hand. Jennsensen is controlling Singh's posture. Sher Singh has got the better of the ground game so far. Jennsensen controls Singh momentarily but Singh frees himself. Singh trying to control but Jennsensen is working from the bottom. Jennsensen throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Singh is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. This has been an exciting period of action! It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Singh postures up in Jennsensen's guard and throws a big left but Jennsensen blocks it.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Sher Singh wasn't active enough on the ground. Singh looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Singh is trying to control. Jennsensen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Jennsensen wants to control but Singh is keeping busy and won't allow it. Jennsensen trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Singh breaks from Jennsensen's wrist control and lands an elbow. The referee warns Jennsensen that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Singh tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Singh fails to advance to Jennsensen's back. Singh lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Jennsensen hang on? Singh landing strikes from the mount. Jennsensen regains half guard. Singh prevents Jennsensen from improving his position. Singh wants to sweep but no luck. Jennsensen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jennsensen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Singh is trying to keep Jennsensen in close.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
And that's the end of the fight! Sher Singh comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Singh has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
