The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lewis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lowder pulls his leg out and moves away.
Lewis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lowder manages to avoid it.
Lewis takes one to the side of the head.
Lewis pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lowder lands with a cross.
Lewis shoots in for a takedown but Lowder shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lewis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Mike Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lowder catches Lewis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Horrible takedown by Lewis or perhaps it was just good defense by Lowder which made him look bad.

That was a close second round but I would say that Japa Lowder will probably get the nod.
