The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mendes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Badridge just misses with a elbow thrown towards Mendes's brow.

Mendes goes for a takedown attempt but Badridge pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
