Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Azarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bull Brute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Azarov comes to the cage accompanied by Tchaikovsky - 1812 Overture (Finale). Brute has chosen his teams song as his entrance music. Bull Brute has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sergei Azarov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bull Brute! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brute drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Azarov has a closed guard, preventing Brute from standing up. Brute trying to control but Azarov is working from the bottom. Azarov throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Azarov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brute gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Azarov has his foot on Brute's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brute works his way back into a safe position though. Azarov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brute doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brute manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Brute stopping the sweep attempt from Azarov. Brute makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Azarov has a closed guard, preventing Brute from standing up. Brute decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Azarov, up you get! Brute closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Brute wants to control but Azarov is keeping him busy. Azarov can't do much from the bottom here. Brute has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Brute shoots in and gets a takedown into Azarov's guard. Azarov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brute wants to stand but Azarov has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Azarov wants to sweep here but Brute controlling him for the moment. Azarov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brute defends well. Brute is fighting to break Azarov's control of his arms but Azarov is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Brute postures up.
Brute wants to stand but Azarov is controlling his posture from full guard. Azarov pushes a forearm under Brute's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Brute is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
