Monet comes into the arena with Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive blaring out of the sound system. Mayer has chosen I´m shipping out to Boston - Dropkick Murphys as his entrance music. John Mayer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monet throws a hook to the side of Mayer's head but Mayer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mayer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Monet stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Monet throws the left hand but Mayer avoids the punch easily.
Nice body punch from Mayer.
Mayer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Monet.
Mayer throws a hook but Monet avoids it easily.
Monet doesn't manage to clinch there - Mayer circles away.
Oooooh!!! Mayer has knocked Monet down with a huge combo! Mayer steps away and waves a wobbly Monet back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Raphael Monet has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Mayer cracks Monet with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
