Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Igor Vladimar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Pettis!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vladimar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pettis circles away.
Anthony Pettis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pettis looks to land a combination but Vladimar avoids it well.
No joy there for Pettis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vladimar misses with a wild combination.
Pettis's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pettis duly obliges.
Vladimar shoots for a double leg takedown but Pettis sprawls well. He's pushed Vladimar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vladimar wants to clinch up but Pettis keeps it at a distance.
Vladimar fails in his attempt to clinch.
Pettis tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vladimar was well out of range. Poor timing from Pettis.
Pettis lands a jab to Vladimar's midsection.
Pettis connects with a crisp jab.
Vladimar shoots for a double leg takedown but Pettis sprawls well. He's pushed Vladimar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Igor Vladimar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vladimar slips a jab from Pettis.

Pettis thows a left - swing and a miss!
Pettis scores with a jab to the head.
Pettis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vladimar moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Vladimar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pettis circles away.
Pettis dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vladimar slips a jab from Pettis.
Vladimar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Pettis jabs at Vladimar's body.
Vladimar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Vladimar shoots in for a double leg but Pettis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Vladimar is looking to clinch.

Pettis lands a nice hook to Vladimar's body. Vladimar takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Pettis connects with a right hand. Vladimar shakes it off.
Anthony Pettis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pettis circles away from the clinch attempt
and Pettis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pettis throws a hook but Vladimar blocks it.
Pettis works Vladimar's body with a nice hook.
Vladimar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pettis fails to land with a series of punches.
Vladimar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Pettis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Pettis moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Decent striking displayed by Pettis there.

Vladimar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pettis throws a shot from downtown. Vladimar moves away and avoids it.
A punch lands to the side of Vladimar 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Vladimar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pettis as he avoids it easily.
Nice uppercut there from Pettis.
Pettis looks to land a combination but Vladimar avoids it well.
Pettis scores with a one two! Vladimar had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.


Vladimar is rocked!
Pettis is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Pettis shuts the power down on Vladimar. Lights out, game over! Pettis is your winner.
