The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Givens stuns Perfect with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Givens throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Perfect fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Perfect shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Givens sprawls well. Givens wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Perfect gets slowly back to his feet.
Perfect tries for a takedown but Givens circles away easily
and Givens counters with a straight right hand.
Tommy Givens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mr Perfect .
Perfect shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Perfect takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A left lands for Givens .
Perfect misses with a takedown attempt
and Givens counters with a straight that turns Perfect 's legs to rubber! Givens pushes forward with more strikes and Perfect goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
