Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dillion Brody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Harry Stamper!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stamper looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Brody misses with the combination.
A punch combination from Brody misses.
Brody misses with a series of wild punches.

Stamper clinches up against the cage.
Stamper keeps control of Brody as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Brody is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Brody is trying to break the clinch but Stamper has him pressed against the cage.

Stamper decides to pull guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Stamper is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Still in half guard, Stamper seems content to control.
Stamper slips a nice elbow through Brody's hands, connecting with Brody's forehead.
Stamper performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Stamper seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Stamper slows the pace down in half guard.
Brody tries to kick Stamper off but Stamper keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Stamper content to control rather than advance.
Brody is trying to stand.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Harry Stamper hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Stamper lands a nice looking kick to the body. Brody takes a step back to recover.

Stamper feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Stamper working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Brody's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stamper content to stall in guard here.

Stamper decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stamper scores with a nice body kick.
A punch combination from Brody misses.
Dillion Brody seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stamper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Brody is breathing heavily.
Stamper controlling his opponent.

Stamper quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Stamper but it's paid off an Brody is forced to tap! Nice work by Stamper.
