Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Austin McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Harkleroad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McCoy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Voices. Harkleroad is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I am a real American. The key to victory for Austin McCoy has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harkleroad closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Harkleroad goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, McCoy rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Harkleroad's guard! Nice work there by McCoy!
McCoy lands a couple of elbows.

McCoy passes Harkleroad's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
McCoy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Harkleroad is desperately trying to improve his position but McCoy has a good base and remains in mount.

Harkleroad wants to control but McCoy is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harkleroad really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCoy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Harkleroad wants to control but McCoy is having none of it.
McCoy swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
