Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hose Arcadio Morales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John John Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sosa has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morales misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Morales shoots in looking for a takedown. Sosa tries to sprawl out of it but Morales keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sosa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sosa shoots in looking for a takedown but Morales manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sosa's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Morales tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sosa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Morales somewhat.

Sosa takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Morales enables Sosa to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Morales manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sosa must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Morales postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Morales tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Morales has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Sosa dodges the ground and pound from Morales.
Morales is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Sosa's shoulder. That is not cool.
Morales stands up and beckons Sosa to his feet.
Morales pushes Sosa up against the cage in a clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
