Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fatih Emir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emir comes to the cage accompanied by i kill people. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joseph Brown!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown thows a body shot but no joy.
Emir uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brown.
Fatih Emir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Emir.

Brown gets caught napping as Emir dives in and scores a takedown. Brown manages to retain guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Emir has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Emir's legs - danger averted.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brown must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

That was a close second round but I would say that Fatih Emir will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Brown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Brown catches Emir with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Emir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brown as he avoids it easily.

Emir takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Brown throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

I think Emir has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
