Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Diego Delo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Sahebt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delo Santos kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Last Resort. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sahebt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Delo Santos tries to avoid it but Sahebt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Delo Santos to the ground. Delo Santos escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Delo Santos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Delo Santos lands the left hand.
Delo Santos circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sahebt shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Delo Santos throws a sloppy head kick and Sahebt moves out of range easily.
Delo Santos misses with the combination.
Delo Santos throws a one two combo.
Delo Santos defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sahebt.
Diego Delo Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Sahebt.
Sahebt tries to clinch there but Delo Santos circles away.
Delo Santos sizes up Sahebt with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Delo Santos lands a glancing blow to the side of Sahebt's head.

Delo Santos throws a series of punches but Sahebt moves out of range.

Jab, jab by Delo Santos - just one landing.
Delo Santos misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sahebt closes the distance and clinches.
Sahebt manages to pull guard.
Delo Santos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Delo Santos really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sahebt seems to have recovered his senses.
Delo Santos throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sahebt works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Delo Santos decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sahebt, up you get!
James Sahebt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sahebt shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Delo Santos but Delo Santos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sahebt is trying hard to land a takedown here. Delo Santos sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Sahebt looks gassed!
Delo Santos scores with a jab to the head.
Delo Santos lunges at Sahebt with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Sahebt's hand.
Sahebt shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Delo Santos as he avoids it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Delo Santos connects with a combination that backs up Sahebt into the cage. Delo Santos lands a flurry of punches that gets past Sahebt's guard. Sahebt is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Delo Santos bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
