Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lawson Sharp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tyson Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharp uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Blaze.
Sharp closes this distance looking for a takedown but Blaze circles away.
Blaze lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sharp's sensitive parts.
Sharp avoids the body shot from Blaze.
Blaze throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blaze. Sharp does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blaze clinches.
Blaze tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Blaze dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Blaze is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Sharp tries to score a body lock takedown but Blaze shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Blaze fakes the leg kick and cracks Sharp in the body.
Sharp shoots in looking for a takedown. Blaze tries to sprawl out of it but Sharp keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blaze manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sharp misses with a takedown

Blaze lands a slapping body shot.

Blaze closes the distance and pushes Sharp back into the cage.

Blaze digs a right hand into Sharp's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Sharp's gas tank.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Blaze lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sharp backwards.
Blaze tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Blaze stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Blaze breaks from the clinch.
Sharp takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Sharp shoots in looking for a takedown but Blaze manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sharp's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Blaze moves into the clinch.
Sharp is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Blaze.
Sharp is looking for a takedown.

Blaze misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Blaze scores with a nice hook to the head.
Blaze works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Sharp is breathing heavily.
Blaze struggles to land a body shot inside as Sharp controls his hands.

Blaze is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A nice right hand lands inside from Blaze.
Sharp has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Blaze after a bit of a struggle.
Blaze pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sharp tries for a takedown but Blaze circles away easily
and Blaze counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Blaze gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Sharp blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
A short body shot lands from Blaze as the two fighters clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Blaze misses with a body punch.
Blaze prevents the takedown attempt.
Blaze lands with a short head shot on the inside.
The referee is keeping an eye on Blaze - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blaze smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Blaze takes a swing at Sharp's ribcage but misses.
Blaze with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A jab from Blaze does it's job there.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sharp. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Sharp shoots in looking for a takedown. Blaze tries to sprawl out of it but Sharp keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blaze manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sharp shoots in and drives through. Blaze sprawls well.
Blaze thumps Sharp with a low kick.
Sharp avoids the head kick by Blaze.
Blaze bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sharp's head.
Blaze lands a jab to Sharp's midsection.
Lawson Sharp is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Blaze comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Blaze fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sharp looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Blaze connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Sharp tumbling to the canvas! Blaze pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Sharp was done - good stoppage!
