Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Landon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petjka Durak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Landon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Petjka Durak! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durak wants to clinch up but Landon keeps it at a distance. Durak tries to clinch but Landon moves out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Landon. Durak does a little dance to reset his feet. A punch combination from Landon misses. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Landon. Landon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Durak counters with a body kick that stops Landon in his tracks momentarily. Landon feints and as Durak raises his hands in defense, Landon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Landon's corner is telling him to maintain position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Landon passes Durak's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Durak makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Durak. Durak being controlled here, momentarily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Durak is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durak can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Landon controls the pace. Landon is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Durak wants to sweep here but Landon controlling him for the moment. Landon throwing strikes from guard but Durak blocks nicely. Landon stands and steps away. Durak gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Durak tries to clinch but Landon moves out of range. Landon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Durak tries to avoid it but Landon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Durak to the ground. Durak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Durak tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Landon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Landon feints and as Durak raises his hands in defense, Landon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Durak looking to control.
Landon content to stall in guard here. Landon prevents Durak from getting back to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Durak is looking to sweep but instead, Landon has passed into half guard.
Well, if Landon is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Landon wants to work for an arm triangle but Durak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Durak gets back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Landon decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Durak, up you get! Landon is breathing heavily. Landon misses with a wild combination.
Landon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Durak was covering up waiting for the punch and Landon finishes the takedown easily into guard. Durak is looking to stand up but Landon isn't so interested in that idea. Durak is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Landon won't allow Durak to get back to his feet. Landon sitting in guard here, content to control. Durak wants to control but Landon passes easily into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Landon is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Durak is just riding it out for now. Landon eventually gives up the hold. Durak trying to control but Landon postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Landon works his foot free and advances to mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Landon is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Durak has managed to escape the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Landon dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
The fight stays on the outside here - Durak looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Landon tries for a takedown but Durak sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Durak leaves Landon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Durak tries to clinch but Landon moves out of range. Durak keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Landon. That's going to take a lot out of him. Landon rushes Durak and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Landon jumps guard but Durak turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Durak is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Landon to keep the fight standing. Durak pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Durak wants to clinch. Durak throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
That's one minute gone in the round. Landon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Landon wants to pass the guard but Durak is keeping the position. Durak looking to control.

Landon controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Durak checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Durak displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Landon. Durak wants to clinch. Landon shoots in looking for a takedown but Durak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Landon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Durak is looking to clinch but Landon is avoiding it.
Durak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Landon swats him away and circles back towards the center. Durak lands a head kick!
It looks like Matt Landon has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Durak shoots in for a double leg but Landon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Durak shoots for a double leg takedown but Landon sprawls well. He's pushed Durak's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Landon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Durak thows a body kick. Landon tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Durak buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Durak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Landon swats him away and circles back towards the center. Durak is looking to clinch but Landon is avoiding it.

Nice sprawl there from Landon as Durak shoots in. Durak tries to close the distance and clinch but Landon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Durak fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Landon leaves Durak with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Landon throws a series of punches but Durak avoids them all with ease. Durak tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Landon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Durak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Durak wants it to stay on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Durak lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Durak throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Landon's head. Durak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Durak is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Durak lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A left and a right from Durak both land. Nice combination. Durak wants to clinch up but Landon keeps it at a distance. Durak avoids a punch combination nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Durak lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Landon backs up against the cage.
Durak throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Petjka Durak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Matt Landon's cut. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Durak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Durak is looking to clinch. Durak is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Durak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Landon swats him away and circles back towards the center. Durak with a lazy takedown attempt and Landon counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Landon. Landon decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Durak, up you get! Horrible takedown by Durak or perhaps it was just good defense by Landon which made him look bad. Landon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Landon doesn't manage to clinch there - Durak circles away.
Landon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Landon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Durak taking shots to the head. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durak is trying desperately to improve position. Landon misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Landon tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Durak tries to get back to half guard but can't. Landon fails to move to back control. Landon working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Durak turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Landon off and cradles Durak's limp body as Landon celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Matt Landon!
