Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Coffey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cipriano Raneri! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coffey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Raneri moves away. Coffey throws a low kick but it's checked well by Raneri. Raneri blocks a low kick nicely. Raneri darts in trying to clinch and Coffey counters with a left and a right that stings Raneri. Coffey throws a solid leg kick but Raneri takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Coffey. Raneri uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Coffey. Coffey misses with a low kick.
Coffey lands a head shot.
It looks like Cipriano Raneri has been cut. Coffey throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Coffey throws a hook to the side of Raneri's head but Raneri sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Raneri blocks a jab. Coffey connects with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Raneri avoids a kick to the body.
Raneri on the wrong end of a nice jab. Raneri takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Raneri tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Coffey paws at him with a jab and circles away. Raneri moves to clinch but Coffey breaks away and Coffey counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Raneri tries to clinch but Coffey is having none of it. Raneri ducks under a wild hook from Coffey. Raneri takes the fight into the clinch. Raneri blocking some punches.

I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Raneri looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Raneri wants to clinch. John Coffey is winning the standup battle so far. Raneri uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Coffey. Raneri is looking to clinch but Coffey is avoiding it.
Coffey cracks Raneri with an open hand slap. Coffey connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Raneri momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coffey lands with a right hand. Coffey scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Raneri doesn't seem bothered though. Raneri tries to close the distance and clinch up but Coffey swats him away and circles back towards the center. Raneri moves to clinch but Coffey breaks away and Coffey counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. That's two minutes gone in the round. Coffey does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Raneri is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Coffey circles away from the clinch attempt and Coffey counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Raneri thinking. Raneri tries to clinch up. Raneri tries to close the distance and clinch but Coffey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Coffey with a nice cross. This has been an exciting period of action! Raneri takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Raneri is rocked! A bone on bone clash there as Raneri blocks the leg kick.
Raneri is still on wobbly legs! Can Coffey finish him? Coffey ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Raneri out cold! The fight is over!
