Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boone Bunker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boone Bunker will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, The Killer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Boone Bunker!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer tries to clinch but Bunker is having none of it.

Killer darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Killer content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Bunker wants to get back to his feet.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bunker can do anything to dispel that myth.
Killer throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Killer looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Killer stands up and beckons Bunker to join him on the feet.

Bunker tries to keep at a distance but Killer has taken the fight into the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Killer manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Bunker stopping the sweep attempt from Killer.
Bunker trying to stand up but can't free himself from Killer's guard.
Killer looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bunker is one step ahead there.

Killer uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Killer scores a takedown into full mount!

Bunker is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Killer in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Killer trying to control but Bunker is having none of it.
Bunker is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Killer is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bunker can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Killer content just to control the position here.
Bunker holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Killer tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bunker is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Killer looking to finish Bunker with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bunker!

Killer working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Bunker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Killer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Killer controlling the position easily from mount.
Killer landing shots from mount.
Killer landing strikes from the mount and Bunker is in trouble!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bunker is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Killer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Killer trying to control but Bunker is having none of it.
Killer sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Bunker is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Killer has taken his back!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bunker controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The Killer dominated that round.
That's time! Killer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Bunker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Killer was well out of range. Poor timing from Bunker.
Bunker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Killer.
Killer closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bunker circles away.
No luck for Killer with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Killer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Killer on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The Killer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bunker lands with an overhand left.
Bunker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bunker stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bunker wants it to stay on the feet.
Sloppy strikes from Bunker. Those never looked like landing.
A combination from Bunker does no damage.
Bunker throws a right and a left that Killer avoids nicely.
Bunker connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Killer momentarily.

Killer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bunker pushes Killer off looking to stand but Killer dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The Killer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Bunker on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Bunker wants to get back to his feet.
Killer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Killer looking to control but Bunker is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Killer thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Killer wants to control the pace but Bunker is squirming around nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Killer is landing with some decent strikes but Bunker is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Killer content just to control the position here.

Killer working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Bunker looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Killer! Submission of the night perhaps?

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). The Killer!
