Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lee Ching (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Madmen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee Ching has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Ching! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tony Madmen! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ching decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Ching stands up from half guard. Ching tries to close the distance and clinch but Madmen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Madmen closes the distance looking to clinch and Ching counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Madmen flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Madmen pushes Ching off looking to stand but Ching dives back in and keeps control.
Ching landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Madmen regains full guard. Nicely done. Madmen looks gassed! Ching passes Madmen's right leg, so he's now in half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ching wants to pass to mount but Madmen is defending the position. Ching stands up out of the half guard. Madmen scores with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ching moves into the clinch. Madmen gets underhooks to prevent Ching's takedown attempt.

Ching wants to stand up but Madmen is controlling him. Madmen throwing strikes from guard but Ching blocks nicely. Ching is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Madmen is controlling him. Madmen passes into half guard. Madmen wants to stand up but Ching has a hold of him and won't allow it. Ching looks like he's trying to stand up.
Madmen is looking to advance position but Ching won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ching is staying active underneath Madmen, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Madmen tries to clinch and Ching counters by clinching up. Madmen jumps guard but Ching stands there with Madmen around his waist. Madmen gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ching wants to get back to striking at distance but Madmen won't allow it.

Madmen had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ching is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Madmen Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ching's back instead. Madmen tries to get the hooks in deep but Ching pushed the leg off. Ching is trying to get back to his feet but Madmen has full control of the position and if anything, Ching has just worked his way into a worse spot.

It looks like it's working - Madmen slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Ching displaying calm under pressure there. Ching closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Ching stands up and beckons Madmen to his feet. Ching tries to close the distance and clinch up but Madmen swats him away and circles back towards the center. Madmen lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ching's sensitive parts. Lee Ching seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Madmen stuffs the takedown. Ching shoots in and drives through. Madmen sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lee Ching. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ching tries to close the distance and clinch but Madmen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Madmen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ching tries to clinch there but Madmen circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Madmen thuds his shin into the meat of Ching's side. Madmen lets loose with a powerful body kick. Ching will feel that in the morning. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Madmen. A left lands for Ching. Madmen darts in and clinches Ching up against the cage. Madmen tries to stall but Ching uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Madmen has clasped his hands together around Ching's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! An elbow from Madmen crashes against the mat.
Ching wants to control but Madmen postures up. Ching is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Ching wants to get back to his feet but Madmen is dominant here and he's now got Ching's back! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ching is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Madmen tries to control but Ching wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Ching dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Madmen tries to land a front kick but Ching steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ching has closed the distance and engaged Madmen in a clinch.

Madmen on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Madmen is looking to control Ching's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Madmen avoid being mounted? Madmen won't allow Ching to pass to mount. Ching is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ching thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ching decides to stand and escape the position. Madmen is breathing heavily. Madmen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ching wants to clinch up but Madmen keeps it at a distance. Madmen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Madmen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Madmen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ching. Ching stands up from guard. Let's bang! Ching rushes Madmen and presses him up against the cage. Ching landing knees to the head.
Ching breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Madmen tries to clinch but Ching is having none of it. Madmen tries for a takedown but Ching sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ching tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Madmen counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Madmen slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ching manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Ching clinches but Madmen breaks the clinch and Madmen counters with a nice body shot. Ching fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Madmen, pushing him back against the cage. Ching is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Madmen gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Ching escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Ching breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ching tries to clinch up and Madmen counters with a good, hard body kick but Ching shrugs it off. Madmen misses with a series of wild punches.
Ching scores a takedown into full mount! Ching with shots to the head and body - Madmen looks very uncomfortable down there. Ching throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Madmen because Ching loaded up on that one. Madmen is working to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ching is landing with some decent strikes but Madmen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ching lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Madmen is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ching looking to control and managing it successfully. Madmen is still in real trouble! Can Ching finish him? Madmen takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ching's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
