Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Zeldenthuis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldorf Astoria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Astoria's choice of entrance music: Waltz from Les Sylphides. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Zeldenthuis misses its intended target.

Zeldenthuis pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Zeldenthuis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Astoria.
Astoria buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Astoria connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Zeldenthuis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Zeldenthuis pivots, looking for a leg kick but Astoria is out of range and Zeldenthuis settles back down.
Astoria throws a low kick but Zeldenthuis avoids it.

Astoria feints and then cracks Zeldenthuis's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Zeldenthuis down.

A big strike lands for Zeldenthuis! That's really hurt Astoria and he's turned his back - Zeldenthuis keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Zeldenthuis jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

After the fight, Dirk Zeldenthuis was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
