Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Kopylov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiyoshi Tamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tamura has chosen Teriyaki boyz - Tokyo drift as his entrance music. Kiyoshi Tamura has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vladimir Kopylov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kiyoshi Tamura! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kopylov misses the jab. Kopylov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Kiyoshi Tamura has been cut. Kopylov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A jab from Kopylov finds it's way through Tamura's defenses. Kopylov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tamura was well out of range. Poor timing from Kopylov. Tamura showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kopylov.
Tamura is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Tamura tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kopylov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kopylov throws a head kick that misses. Jab, jab by Kopylov - just one landing. Tamura has Kopylov up against the cage in a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tamura tries to pull guard but Kopylov won't allow it.

Kopylov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kopylov digs a good hook to Tamura's body.
Kopylov misses with a double jab.
Tamura takes a body punch but keeps moving. Kopylov cracks Tamura with an open hand slap. Kopylov fails to land with a series of punches.
Kopylov moves into range and connects with a jab. Tamura scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Vladimir Kopylov has been cut. Tamura throws a right hand that Kopylov ducks under and follows up with a left that Kopylov also avoids with ease. Oooooh!!! Kopylov has knocked Tamura down with a huge combo! Kopylov steps away and waves a wobbly Tamura back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Tamura is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tamura misses with a body punch
and Kopylov counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Tamura is still on wobbly legs! Can Kopylov finish him? Tamura gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kopylov points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Tamura wakes up just in time to hear Kopylov thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vladimir Kopylov!
