Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Lok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Brunson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Lok! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Greg Brunson! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brunson fails to land with a series of punches.
Lok dodges the punch combination from Brunson.
Brunson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lok momentarily.
Lok shoots in looking for a takedown. Brunson tries to sprawl out of it but Lok keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brunson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Lok fails with the takedown. Lok throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brunson's waist but Brunson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lok off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Lok. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brunson lands with an uppercut that bounces Lok off the cage and back into range. Oooooh!!! Brunson has knocked Lok down with a huge combo! Brunson steps away and waves a wobbly Lok back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Lok is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lok dodges the punch combination from Brunson.
Oh Lok is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Brunson lands a left and a right that send Lok crashing to the mat, dazed. Brunson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
That's one minute gone in the round. Lok changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brunson tries to avoid it but Lok manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brunson to the ground. Brunson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Brunson throws a right hand that Lok ducks under and follows up with a left that Lok also avoids with ease. Brunson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lok. Brunson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Brunson swinging wildly here.
Lok throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Lok walks into a straight right hand from Brunson. Brunson swinging wildly here.
Lok throws a half hearted mid kick. Lok seems to have got his legs back now. Brunson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Brunson wants it to stay on the feet. Lok moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lok misses with a few strikes there.
Brunson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brunson scores with a jab to the jaw. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Lok. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Brunson jabs Lok to the body, keeping him at a distance. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Brunson throws a series of punches but Lok avoids them all with ease. Lok takes one to the chin there. Brunson scores with a one two! Lok had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Brunson has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. A looping hook to the body misses from Brunson. Lok does a little dance to reset his feet. Brunson misses with a double jab
and Lok counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Brunson is lucky that one didn't land flush. A left and a right from Brunson both land. Nice combination. Brunson throws a sloppy head kick and Lok counters with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lok dives in and grabs Brunson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brunson pushes down on Lok's head and hops out. Brunson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lok counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Brunson looks gassed! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Lok is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lok drops back looking for a leg! Brunson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brunson manages to kick Lok off! Lok jumps back into Brunson's guard. Lok trying to control but Brunson is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lok pushing down on Brunson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Lok is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Brunson has managed to free his arm - good work. This has been an exciting period of action! Lok is keen to just control but Brunson is a slippery customer. Lok thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Brunson is refusing to be controlled, as Lok sits in half guard. Lok is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Greg Brunson dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Brunson shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lok eats them both and turns towards Brunson to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Lok lands a high kick!

Lok drops his hands momentarily and Brunson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Lok tries to close the distance and clinch but Brunson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Brunson cracks a nice hook into Lok's ribs. Brunson stuns Lok with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Brunson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lok counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Brunson is lucky that one didn't land flush. Brunson is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brunson lands with a shot to the body. Brunson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lok. Greg Brunson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brunson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Brunson getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Lok throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Lok has his takedown stuffed and Brunson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lok avoids the body shot from Brunson.

Brunson stuffs the takedown attempt from Lok. Lok gets slowly back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lok dives in and grabs Brunson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brunson pushes down on Lok's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Lok. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Greg Brunson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lok delivers a nice body kick. Lok shoots for a double leg takedown but Brunson sprawls well. He's pushed Lok's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Greg Brunson seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lok throws a quick inside leg kick. Brunson throws a right and a left that Lok avoids nicely. Lok fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kevin Lok is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Brunson tries to bum rush Lok with a series of wild strikes but Lok uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Brunson avoids the body shot from Lok.

Lok is in Brunson's guard. Lok drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Lok as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Brunson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Lok! Nice submission victory there!
