Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Mourke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes takes a swing at Mourke's ribcage but misses.
Holmes misses with a wild body shot.
Holmes throws a predictable looking body shot
and Mourke counters with a takedown into side control.
Holmes manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Mourke is trying to control but can't.
Mourke wants to get back to full guard.
Holmes is looking to take a break and control but Mourke is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Holmes is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mourke!

Mourke is wriggling around trying to escape.
Holmes throws some wild stikes that Mourke manages to avoid easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mourke holds on for dear life, controlling Holmes's posture momentarily.

Holmes lands a big shot there that rocks Mourke but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Holmes throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Mourke because Holmes loaded up on that one.

Holmes lands with some strikes.
Mourke wants to try and get back to his feet.
Holmes trying to control but Mourke is having none of it.
Mourke is in all sorts of trouble here.

Holmes lands a big shot there that rocks Mourke but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Holmes trying to control but Mourke is having none of it.
Holmes thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Holmes and Mourke goes tumbling to the canvas! Holmes follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holmes trying to control the action but Mourke is working from the bottom.

Holmes is keen to just control but Mourke is a slippery customer.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Holmes is looking to advance position but Mourke won't allow it.

Holmes scores with a nice head shot.
Holmes throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mourke throws a combination that misses
and Holmes counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Holmes misses with an uppercut
and Mourke counters with a left to the body.
Mourke displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Holmes throws out the jab.
Holmes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mourke gets a takedown into half guard.
Mourke is pressing down on Holmes's thigh, looking to free his foot. Holmes is holding on for now.
Mourke with the ground and pound but Holmes uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Mourke must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Mourke is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Holmes keeping moving, preventing Mourke from controlling successfully.
Mourke sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Holmes's guard.
Holmes makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Holmes.
Mourke missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hank Holmes overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mourke's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Holmes is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Mourke frees his head nicely. Oh but Holmes has switched to an armbar! Mourke is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
