Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysztof Zakrzewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dan Henderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Krzysztof Zakrzewski! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zakrzewski moves into the clinch successfully.
Henderson misses with a punch on the inside.
Zakrzewski manages to break the clinch.
Henderson tries to clinch up. Henderson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Henderson. Zakrzewski doesn't succeed with the takedown and Henderson counters with a left and a right that stings Zakrzewski. Zakrzewski closes this distance looking for a takedown but Henderson circles away. Krzysztof Zakrzewski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zakrzewski shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Dan Henderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krzysztof Zakrzewski. Zakrzewski closes this distance looking for a takedown but Henderson circles away. Henderson tries a head kick but it misses.
Zakrzewski fails with a takedown attempt. Sloppy strikes from Henderson. Those never looked like landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zakrzewski slips a jab and a cross from Henderson.
Zakrzewski misses with a low kick as Henderson jumps back. Zakrzewski shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Henderson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Zakrzewski shoots in looking for a takedown but Henderson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Zakrzewski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Henderson closes the distance but Zakrzewski moves to the side and Zakrzewski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Zakrzewski. Henderson working hard to break the clinch. Zakrzewski managing to block the knees to the body from Henderson.
Zakrzewski is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Henderson pulls him back up using the underhooks. Henderson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zakrzewski with a poor takedown and Henderson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Henderson tries to close the distance and clinch but Zakrzewski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Henderson fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Zakrzewski checks it well. Zakrzewski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Henderson closes the distance but Zakrzewski moves to the side and Zakrzewski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Henderson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Zakrzewski manages to pull guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Henderson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Henderson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Zakrzewski throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Henderson trying to control the position from guard on top but Zakrzewski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Henderson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Zakrzewski works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henderson tries to free his leg and advance position but Zakrzewski is retaining full guard. Zakrzewski is looking to sinch up a triangle. Henderson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Zakrzewski's body to avoid the submission. Zakrzewski has instead reached around Henderson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Zakrzewski arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Krzysztof Zakrzewski!
