The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rakennusmies connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Russo scrambles back to his feet.
Russo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rakennusmies sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Russo somewhat.

Russo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rakennusmies to score with a decent uppercut.
