VanVactor comes to the cage accompanied by Like a Pimp by David Banner. Jake VanVactor had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
VanVactor throws out a loose jab but Mopsi uses good head movement to avoid it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

VanVactor thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

VanVactor takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
VanVactor throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mopsi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

VanVactor throws a looping overhand right but Mopsi ducks down to avoid it.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mopsi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and VanVactor has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from VanVactor and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

VanVactor has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mopsi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mopsi wants to control from the top but VanVactor keeps moving.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Barde Mopsi was stalling too much, according to the referee.
VanVactor throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mopsi was covering up waiting for the punch and VanVactor finishes the takedown easily into guard.
VanVactor with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Mopsi is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! VanVactor has his hands clasped together but Mopsi extends an breaks VanVactor's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Mopsi.
