Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Con Dumas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bruno Ferro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Con Dumas!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dumas tries to clinch up but Ferro circles away and keeps his distance.
Ferro turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Ferro lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dumas circles away quickly and effectively.

Ferro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dumas swivels though and keeps the full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dumas connects with a nice short shot to Ferro's temple.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ferro, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
