Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leo Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunter Streicher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Streicher comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wait And Bleed kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leo Clarke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Gunter Streicher! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Streicher thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Clarke if he has to take too many more of those.
Streicher takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Streicher throws a head kick that misses. Clarke just misses with a punch to the body.
Streicher ducks right into an uppercut from Clarke. Clarke scores with a jab to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Streicher throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Streicher moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Clarke misses with a body shot
and Streicher counters with a big head kick but Clarke shrugs it off. Streicher throws a half hearted mid kick. Clarke lands a jab to the head.
Clarke throws a head kick that misses. Clarke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Streicher moves away. Streicher on the wrong end of a nice jab. Clarke throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Streicher thows a body shot but no joy. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Clarke.
Streicher throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Clarke drives through with a takedown into Streicher's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Clarke with a flurry of punches that miss. Clarke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Streicher swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Streicher keeping moving, preventing Clarke from controlling successfully. Streicher working a defensive guard here.
Clarke gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Clarke is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Streicher. Streicher takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Streicher connects with a solid leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Clarke throws a hook but Streicher blocks it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Clarke throws a poor cross that misses
and Streicher counters with a low kick, right behind Clarke 's knee. Streicher is looking to land body kicks. Streicher displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Clarke throws out the jab. Streicher throws a push kick but Clarke slaps the foot to one side. Clarke misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Streicher.
Clarke wants to clinch. Clarke blocks a head kick by Streicher.
Decent striking displayed by Clarke there. Clarke goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Clarke misses with the combination.
Streicher lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Clarke misses with a series of wild punches.
Streicher takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Streicher throws a wild body kick that Clarke sees coming a mile off. Clarke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Streicher moves away. Streicher lands a nice hook to Clarke's body. Clarke takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Streicher tries a head kick but it misses.

and Clarke makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Clarke checks a leg kick nicely. Clarke throws a right and a left that both miss. Clarke's jab looks to have found its range, popping Streicher under the eye. Clarke misses with a hook to the body
and Streicher counters with a low kick, right behind Clarke 's knee. Clarke throws a solid leg kick but Streicher takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Clarke. Clarke swings away with a body shot that misses
and Clarke takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Clarke cracks the inside of Streicher's front leg. Clarke is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Streicher throws a sloppy head kick and Clarke moves out of range easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clarke throws out a powerful jab. Streicher throws a head kick that misses. Streicher takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Streicher goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Clarke misses with a looping right. Clarke misses the shot to the body. Clarke shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Leo Clarke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Streicher looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Streicher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Streicher connects with a body shot that sends Clarke's belly button to the back. Clarke throws a lazy uppercut
and Streicher counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Streicher connects with an inside leg kick. Streicher goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Streicher dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Streicher blocks a jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leo Clarke dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Clarke moves out of range of the strikes. Clarke misses with an uppercut. Clarke missing with a left hand there. Streicher was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Clarke lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Streicher has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Streicher and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Streicher swinging wildly here.
Clarke takes the fight into the clinch. Clarke breaks from the clinch.
Clarke looks to land a combination but Streicher avoids it well. Streicher throws a sloppy head kick and Clarke moves out of range easily. Streicher throws a nice looking combination but Clarke bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Streicher works the jab nicely. Clarke misses with a lunging right hand
and Streicher counters with an inside leg kick. A head kick misses from Streicher. Clarke throws a push kick but Streicher slaps the foot to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clarke scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Clarke scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Clarke missing with a left hand there. Streicher was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Gunter Streicher is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Some wild striking there from Streicher.

Gunter Streicher is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Streicher keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Clarke. Clarke throws a leg kick that misses. Streicher slips a straight right by Clarke. Clarke takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Clarke throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Streicher throws a jab when Clarke was well out of range. Streicher pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Streicher tries to land a front kick but Clarke steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Streicher goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Clarke forces Streicher back against the cage and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A short uppercut from Clarke. Streicher wants to break free but Clarke has control.
Streicher has had enough of the clinch but Clarke keeps him there for the moment. Clarke misses with a punch on the inside.
Streicher is trying to push Clarke away but Clarke has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Streicher is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Streicher breaks the clinch.
Streicher lands a jab to the nose. Clarke scores a takedown into full mount! Streicher is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Clarke trying to control but he's not successful this time. Streicher is looking to improve his position but Clarke isn't that keen on the idea. Clarke controlling the position easily from mount. Clarke throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Clarke tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Streicher is trying to escape the mount.
Clarke looking to control but Streicher is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Streicher is bucking up trying to escape but Clarke cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Clarke has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Streicher really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Leo Clarke dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Clarke lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Streicher goes down and covers up as Clarke starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leo Clarke! Our winner, Leo Clarke, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
