Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Areli Durga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Pitsenbarger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durga comes to the cage accompanied by Godsmack - Voodoo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Areli Durga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bill Pitsenbarger! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durga walks forward, straight into a front kick from Pitsenbarger. Pitsenbarger goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Pitsenbarger just misses with a punch to the body.
Pitsenbarger fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Pitsenbarger uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Durga. Pitsenbarger tests Durga's chin there with a solid looking shot. Pitsenbarger connects with a high kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Durga checks the leg kick nicely there.
Pitsenbarger swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pitsenbarger pivots, looking for a leg kick but Durga is out of range and Pitsenbarger settles back down. Pitsenbarger walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Durga pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Durga closes the distance and clinches. Durga tries to work over Pitsenbarger's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Durga lands a body shot. Durga can't find room to land a body shot as Pitsenbarger controls the action.
Durga is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Pitsenbarger is defending well for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durga looking to slow down the pace here. Durga misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Pitsenbarger.
Pitsenbarger escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pitsenbarger pivots, looking for a leg kick but Durga is out of range and Pitsenbarger settles back down. Pitsenbarger checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Durga throws an overhand right that lands on Pitsenbarger's shoulder, as Pitsenbarger tries to avoid the shot. Durga moves into the clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Durga. Durga is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Pitsenbarger is defending well for now. Pitsenbarger tries to break the clinch but Durga is controlling the position. Durga is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Pitsenbarger managing to block the knees to the body from Durga.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pitsenbarger pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Durga swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A slapping body kick lands there for Pitsenbarger. Pitsenbarger comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Pitsenbarger throws a sloppy head kick and Durga moves out of range easily. Pitsenbarger moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. This has been an exciting period of action! A looping hook to the body misses from Durga. Pitsenbarger does a little dance to reset his feet. Durga throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Pitsenbarger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Pitsenbarger throws a leg kick and Durga connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bill Pitsenbarger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pitsenbarger connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Durga's hands. Pitsenbarger throws a leg kick and Durga counters with an outside leg kick.
Durga punishes Pitsenbarger's body with a nice straight punch. A slapping leg kick lands for Pitsenbarger.
Durga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pitsenbarger was well out of range. Poor timing from Durga. Durga tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pitsenbarger uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Durga.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A left lands for Pitsenbarger. A head kick from Pitsenbarger lands but Durga takes it in his stride.
Durga is rocked! Durga throws a leg kick and Pitsenbarger counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Durga is breathing heavily. Pitsenbarger throws a leg kick which misses Durga's front leg but catches the back leg as Durga tries to avoid it. Pitsenbarger is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Durga rather than just go for the knockout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Durga takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Pitsenbarger thows a body kick. Durga tries to catch it but that hurt him. Durga takes a body punch but keeps moving. Pitsenbarger ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Pitsenbarger lands a really nice looking cross but Durga seems unphased.
Oh Durga is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Durga is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Pitsenbarger just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Durga has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bill Pitsenbarger! Bill Pitsenbarger decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
