Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbosa comes to the cage accompanied by Soulfly - Rise Of The Fallen . I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Columbo Gatti and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa scores with a hook.
A looping hook to the body misses from Barbosa. Shields does a little dance to reset his feet.
Shields shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Barbosa manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Shields trying to control the position from guard on top but Barbosa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Barbosa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shields on the ground.
Shields loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Shields drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Shields seems to have locked his on tight now - Barbosa screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Shields, as he picks up the win!
