The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFist tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rehvessori swivels and escapes.

Rehvessori jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but McFist manages to avoid the submission attempt.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
McFist tries to buck Rehvessori off but Rehvessori is having none of it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Rehvessori gets the takedown into side control.
McFist tries to bench press Rehvessori off him but Rehvessori keeps the position.
McFist is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rehvessori's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

McFist is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

McFist working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rehvessori doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rehvessori manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

McFist drops back looking for a leg! Rehvessori is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rehvessori manages to kick McFist off! McFist jumps back into Rehvessori's guard.
Rehvessori is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rehvessori is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.

Rehvessori tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but McFist wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

McFist goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Rehvessori has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for McFist but great work by Rehvessori.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

McFist has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rehvessori can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
McFist wants to sweep but no luck.

McFist is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Rehvessori rolls with it to try and escape but McFist cranks on the arm and Rehvessori is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
