Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMurray showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kronic.
McMurray walks into a straight right hand from Kronic.

Kronic gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kronic is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
McMurray tries to free his leg and advance position but Kronic is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McMurray controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
McMurray passes easily into side control. Nice work.
McMurray trying to control the position but Kronic is working away.

McMurray tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McMurray has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
McMurray lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kronic down.
Kronic is not content to let McMurray control the position.
McMurray in side control lands a decent elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kronic is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
McMurray working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

McMurray looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Kronic is not content to let McMurray control the position.
McMurray cracks Kronic with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McMurray has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kronic!
McMurray landing strikes, looking to finish!

McMurray looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Kronic covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
