Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tamori Ryuji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olrac Recto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryuji comes to the cage accompanied by Yakuza. Olrac Recto will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tamori Ryuji! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Olrac Recto! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryuji takes the fight into the clinch. Recto takes a shot to the head. Ryuji pulls guard successfully.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Recto throws a big right hand that misses. Ryuji wriggles free and stands up. Ryuji pivots, looking for a leg kick but Recto is out of range and Ryuji settles back down. Ryuji clinches with his opponent.
A right handed body shot lands from Ryuji.
Ryuji tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Ryuji. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A battle for position here, against the cage. Ryuji ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ryuji no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Ryuji has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Recto off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Ryuji throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryuji instigates a clinch. Ryuji manages to break the clinch.
Recto fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ryuji, pushing him back against the cage. Recto throws a knee to the head but misses.
Ryuji pulls guard effortlessly. Ryuji pushes Recto off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. The fight moves into the clinch position. Recto lands with a left to the head. Ryuji manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Recto pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ryuji is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Recto missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Recto wants to control from the top but Ryuji keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Recto looking to sit in guard and control but Ryuji gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ryuji with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Ryuji seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Ryuji throws a big right hand that misses. Recto is trying to keep Ryuji in close.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryuji landing some decent shots from guard. Ryuji lands a couple of elbows. Ryuji not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Ryuji in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ryuji throws a strike but Recto rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Recto trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Recto is looking to advance position but Ryuji has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Ryuji is working for a guillotine from mount but Recto frees his head quite easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ryuji with shots to the head and body - Recto looks very uncomfortable down there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ryuji tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Ryuji looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tamori Ryuji dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Recto looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ryuji is fending him off so far but Recto persists. Nope, Ryuji circles away and we're back to standing. Ryuji darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ryuji in particular looking to stall. Ryuji passes to side control. Ryuji grinds an elbow into Recto's temple. Ryuji creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Ryuji advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryuji lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Recto is bucking up trying to escape but Ryuji cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Ryuji has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. Recto is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oooooh, big shot lands for Ryuji! Recto is hurt baaadly! Ryuji is firing away with more strikes - Recto is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tamori Ryuji! After the fight, Tamori Ryuji was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
