Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Drebin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Julisz Michal Kasperski!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kasperski is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kasperski tries to bum rush Drebin with a series of wild strikes but Drebin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kasperski connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Drebin's hands.


It looks like Frank Drebin has been cut.
Kasperski fails with a takedown attempt.
Kasperski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Drebin swivels and escapes.

Drebin closes the distance and clinches.
Drebin slows down the pace here.
Kasperski wants to get back to striking at distance but Drebin won't allow it.

Drebin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Drebin has managed to clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Drebin wants a takedown but no success here.
Drebin tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kasperski smiles and moves away.

Drebin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kasperski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kasperski throws a series of punches but Drebin avoids them all with ease.
Drebin throws a sloppy head kick and Kasperski moves out of range easily.
Kasperski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Drebin scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


It looks like Julisz Michal Kasperski has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A nice combination there by Kasperski.
Drebin throws a low kick but Kasperski moves out of range easily.

Drebin scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Drebin is pressing down on Kasperski's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kasperski is holding on for now.
Kasperski is trying to stand up here but Drebin is controlling him well.
Kasperski is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Drebin decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kasperski to his feet.
Kasperski is looking to clinch but Drebin is avoiding it.

and Drebin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Drebin tries to pull guard but Kasperski won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Drebin. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Drebin throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Kasperski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Drebin looking for a sweep. Not yet Drebin, not yet.
Drebin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kasperski's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kasperski wants to stand up but Drebin is controlling him.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kasperski can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Drebin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Drebin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Drebin seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kasperski for as long as he can get away with.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Frank Drebin has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Kasperski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Drebin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Drebin swats away the attempt to clinch by Kasperski.

Drebin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Kasperski swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Drebin scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Kasperski defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Drebin.
Drebin is in the full mount, landing strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kasperski is looking to get to half guard.
BOOM! Drebin connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Drebin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Drebin controlling from the full mount.
Drebin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kasperski is looking to get to half guard.
Drebin lands a big elbow.

Kasperski keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Kasperski tries to buck Drebin off but he can't manage it.
Drebin is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kasperski can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Drebin is landing with some decent strikes but Kasperski is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Drebin is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Kasperski is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Drebin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kasperski's guard now.

Drebin's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Drebin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kasperski's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kasperski tries to roll over but Drebin keeps him under control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Kasperski tries to close the distance and clinch but Drebin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Kasperski keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Frank Drebin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
No joy there for Kasperski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kasperski is looking to score with low kicks.
Kasperski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Drebin circles away quickly and effectively.

Drebin fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kasperski to the ground. Drebin is now in Kasperski's guard.
Drebin looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kasperski looking to hit a scissor sweep but Drebin is one step ahead there.
Kasperski wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Drebin manages to pass to side control.
Kasperski takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drebin looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kasperski with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Drebin works his way into full mount!
Kasperski takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Drebin throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kasperski has his hands clasped together but Drebin breaks the hold and Kasperski is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Drebin!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Frank Drebin!
