Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Don Vasyl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Winner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasyl comes into the arena with My Life Be Like- by GRITS blaring out of the sound system. Winner has chosen All I Do Is Win - DJ Khaled as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Don Vasyl!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Stan Winner!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasyl takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Winner unloads with some shots from mount but Vasyl bucks and avoids them well.
Vasyl is bucking up trying to escape but Winner cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Vasyl is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Winner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Vasyl is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Vasyl and Winner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Vasyl parries the strikes from Winner easily there. Winner is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Vasyl to escape.

Winner tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Winner has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Winner tries for a kimura but Vasyl is defending well.
Winner tries to move to mount but Vasyl blocks the move with his legs.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Vasyl is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Winner is controlling him well.

The ground and pound from Winner seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Winner throws an elbow but Vasyl slips to the side and avoids it well.

Winner wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Vasyl, who protects the arm well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Vasyl throws a shot from downtown. Winner moves away and avoids it.
Don Vasyl is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The fight stays on the outside here - Vasyl looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Vasyl throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

The fight stays on the outside here - Vasyl looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Stan Winner is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Winner throws a quick inside leg kick.
Vasyl throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Winner counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Vasyl chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Winner can pounce on him.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Winner thuds a left hand into Vasyl's body.
Vasyl shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Winner lands with a kick to the temple. Vasyl shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Stan Winner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Winner has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
