Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vale Valhall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Blomgren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Valhall might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Valhall Awaits Me. John Blomgren has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vale Valhall's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blomgren slips a jab and a cross from Valhall.
Blomgren tries to bum rush Valhall with a series of wild strikes but Valhall uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Blomgren is looking to clinch but Valhall is avoiding it.
Valhall could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Valhall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Valhall shoots in but Blomgren avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Blomgren fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Blomgren lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Valhall backs up against the cage.
Valhall is looking to clinch but Blomgren is avoiding it.
A punch lands to the side of Blomgren 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nice sprawl there from Valhall as Blomgren shoots in.
Valhall scores with a body shot.
Blomgren looks to land a left hand but Valhall moved out of range nicely.
Vale Valhall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valhall darts in and clinches Blomgren up against the cage.
Valhall lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Blomgren or not.
Valhall will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Blomgren up against the cage.
Valhall cracks Blomgren with a nice body shot.
Blomgren looks gassed!
Blomgren wants to break free but Valhall has control.
Blomgren is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Valhall pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Blomgren tries to break the clinch but Valhall is controlling the position.
Valhall lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Valhall's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Blomgren can't break the clinch.
Blomgren tries for a takedown. No joy.
Vale Valhall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Blomgren.
Valhall escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Valhall lands a nice shot to the body.
Valhall digs a good body shot into Blomgren's ribs.
Blomgren misses with a double jab
and Blomgren takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Valhall connects with a crisp jab.
Valhall scores with a sloppy right hand. Blomgren should have avoided that one.
Valhall shoots in and bounces Blomgren off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Valhall looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Valhall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Blomgren swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Blomgren wants to stand up but Valhall is controlling him.
Valhall landing with the ground and pound.
Blomgren tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Valhall trying to move into half guard but instead Blomgren has managed to sweep!
Valhall is trying to keep Blomgren in close.
Valhall manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Blomgren manages to get himself to full guard.
Valhall advances position into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blomgren tries to buck Valhall off but Valhall is having none of it.

Blomgren is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Valhall moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Valhall is putting a hurting on Blomgren here, landing some big shots from side control.
It looks like John Blomgren has been cut.

Blomgren gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Valhall with a couple of short strikes.
Valhall wants to control the pace but Blomgren is squirming around nicely.
Blomgren in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Valhall lands a heavy elbow.
That has opened up John Blomgren's cut even more.
Valhall unloading with bombs!
Blomgren tries to hold on but Valhall pushes him away.
The referee warns Blomgren that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The cut above John Blomgren's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blomgren regains half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Valhall lands a nice short elbow.
John Blomgren's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Blomgren makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Blomgren.
Valhall stops Blomgren from standing up.
Valhall loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vale Valhall dominated that round.
The cut man is working on John Blomgren's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Valhall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Valhall gets the takedown into side control.
Valhall in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Blomgren is trying to improve his position.
Valhall lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Blomgren is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Valhall's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Valhall wants to take a breather but Blomgren is having none of it.
Blomgren is trying to stand back up but Valhall is controlling him
Blomgren keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Valhall is pressing down on Blomgren's thigh, looking to free his foot. Blomgren is holding on for now.
Valhall is keen to just control but Blomgren is a slippery customer.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Blomgren is looking to escape.
Valhall stalling.
Blomgren has one foot on Valhall's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Valhall looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Blomgren fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Vale Valhall is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Valhall chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Blomgren lands a hook that stumbles Valhall back into the cage. Blomgren follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Valhall to the canvas! Blomgren pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Valhall has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
