Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rohan Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Tom Geroin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Tom Geroin!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, David Schapiro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac stuffs the takedown.
Geroin shoots in and bounces Mac off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mac is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Geroin looking to sit in guard and control but Mac gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mac stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Geroin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mac stops Geroin from standing up.
Mac wants to control from the top but Geroin keeps moving.
Geroin pushes Mac off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Geroin looks for a takedown but Mac sprawls well.
Mac tries to work over Geroin's front leg with a kick but Geroin checks it.

Geroin shoots in but Mac avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rohan Mac has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Tom Geroin.
Mac is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mac throws a quick inside leg kick.

Mac tries to clinch but Geroin is having none of it.

Geroin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Geroin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mac has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Geroin has managed to get both his arms back between Mac's legs - danger averted.

Geroin lands a big shot there that rocks Mac but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Geroin is working for a kimura but Mac is defending it quite comfortably.
Geroin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mac doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Geroin.
Mac is looking to control Geroin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mac avoid being mounted?

Geroin drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Mac dives on top into guard.
Mac really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Geroin wants to stand but Mac is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mac is looking to advance position but Geroin has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Geroin is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Mac has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Geroin has hold of Mac's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mac manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Geroin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mac tries to avoid it but Geroin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mac to the ground. Mac escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mac seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Geroin is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.

Frank Tom Geroin is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rohan Mac.
I think Geroin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
